- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring they are delivered without major issues.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards, meeting client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Commercial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or business administration.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks. Proficient in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
