We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team at SUNVIEW CUSTOM HOMES LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
    • Respond to electronic enquiries

    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Manage and maintain accurate records
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure basic security clearance and criminal record checks are maintained
Requirements and Qualifications

    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Language and Work Environment

    • Work hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
