Administrative Coordinator

Sahib Truck Repair Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced administrative professional with excellent communication and organizational skills. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing paperwork.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and manage calendars for our office staff.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including filing documents, updating databases, and preparing reports.
- Other Tasks: Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, mail sorting, and package delivery.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work under pressure.
- Languages: English language proficiency.
- Availability: Availability to work 30-40 hours per week.
- Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year.
