Overview

DHL Express is a leading global logistics company that requires a skilled Courier Driver to join its team. This role involves delivering packages and providing excellent customer service in the Victoria, BC area.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a valid Class 5 driver's license, a clean driving record, and excellent communication skills. As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a company-assigned vehicle, navigating through various routes, and interacting with customers in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Pick up packages from customers and transport them to their destinations
  • Use a GCA scanner to track packages and ensure accurate delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Compile daily route records and submit them to management
  • Report any irregularities or concerns to management

Requirements

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted
  • Able to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
