Giant Tiger is a dynamic and inclusive retailer with a strong commitment to the community. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including maintaining planograms, labels, and signage.
- Process transactions and handle customer returns and exchanges.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
