About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Burlington Mall location. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized customer service to meet the needs of our customers
- Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and drive sales growth
- Stay up-to-date on new products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail sales experience an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
