Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Workers' Compensation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compensation claims management team, you will be responsible for assisting employees with workplace injuries, assessing barriers to returning to work, and implementing return-to-work plans or alternative solutions. Your duties will include assessing claim files, interpreting laws, coordinating case management tasks, and facilitating third-party interventions. You will maintain regular communication with clients and Worker's Compensation Boards, drafting objection letters as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will possess a paralegal license and CHRP designation, with experience in workers' compensation claims management. Familiarity with relevant statutes, policies, workplace health and safety, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite are essential. Education in related fields such as human resources, health and safety, or insurance certification is desirable.
