Risk Management Specialist

Famous Footwear is looking for an experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our risk management function, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various business functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining a risk-aware culture within the organization.
You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement effective risk management strategies, prioritize business risks, and develop mitigation plans. Your expertise in risk management will enable you to identify potential risks, assess their likelihood and impact, and recommend mitigation actions to minimize losses.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Risk Management, Economics, etc.)
- 5-10 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a banking environment
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and services
- Experience working with GRC technology tools
