Job Description

As a Pharmaceutical Care Specialist at Lawtons, you will be part of our dedicated pharmacy team that provides personalized care and attention to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting relevant patient, drug, and medical condition information
  • Monitoring and optimizing medication adherence
  • Understanding all pharmacy offerings and providing each patient with a tailored interaction and intervention if necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the province of responsibility
