Overview

Job Description

The Senior Project Director will be responsible for managing large-scale, high-profile projects that involve the restoration of historic buildings. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence;
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and conservation specialists;
  • Managing project risks, issues, and opportunities, and developing mitigation strategies;
  • Providing project reporting, progress updates, and recommendations to senior executives;
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
