Executive Director Job Description

As Executive Director, you will be responsible for leading the Atlantic Canada Fish Farmers Association in its mission to promote environmentally and commercially responsible aquaculture practices in Atlantic Canada.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Membership Growth: Increase membership by X% within the first year.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve X% revenue growth through sponsorship, events, and membership sales.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, government agencies, and industry partners.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the seafood or related sectors. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated leadership experience in member relations, public advocacy, networking, and collaborative government relations.
