Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our advertising sales efforts, developing and implementing a comprehensive advertising strategy, and driving revenue growth through innovative partnerships and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive advertising sales strategy to attract new advertisers and retain existing clients.
  • Collaborate with advertisers to develop effective advertising campaigns that align with their marketing objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and passenger data to identify opportunities for new advertising products and revenue streams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with advertisers and provide excellent customer service to drive retention and growth.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and/or related fields, preferably in B2B sales and customer acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, as well as expertise in operating MS Office Suite programs and CRM software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
