Competencies and Qualifications

  • Willingness to work both short and long shifts, prioritizing flexibility and reliability in meeting client needs.
  • Possession of a Care Aide certificate and BC registry number, enhancing credibility and expertise in caregiving.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive and friendly attitude, embodying the Classic LifeCare values of compassion and respect.
  • Willingness to commute to designated locations, ensuring timely arrival and provision of quality care.
  • A clean criminal record check, upholding the trust and confidence placed in our caregivers.
  • Possession of a driver's license (considered an asset), expanding mobility and access to care services.
