About the Job:




  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to standardized operating procedures and industry regulations.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve customer experiences.
  • Possess strong administration, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet applications.
  • Have a go-getter attitude, exercising initiative and accuracy in handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, connecting with diverse stakeholders in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
  • Languages such as Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Farsi, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, or Italian are considered assets.


About the Team:



The North York District team is comprised of 13 branch locations, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment. As a member of this team, you will have opportunities to grow and develop your skills, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
