Client Service Representative

We are a leading investment company seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a champion of exceptional customer service, you will be the primary contact for advisors and investors, providing insightful solutions to account, transactional, procedural, and product queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, adhering to established Service Level Standards.
- Resolve customer requests, collaborating with other teams as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, establishing positive relationships with every caller.
- Work rotating shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Stay up-to-date on AGF products, services, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate information.
- Contribute to building a supportive team environment that fosters engagement and positivity.
- Post-secondary education and completion of the Canadian Securities Course or applicable IFIC courses.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a willingness to contribute to team success.
- 1-3 years of experience in a contact centre role, preferably in financial services or fund distribution.
- Excellent communication, listening, and written skills, combined with a genuine desire to serve customers.
- A self-starter who leverages opportunities to improve skills and capabilities.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications, multitask, and problem-solve under pressure.
This is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level, working remotely up to 4 days per week and out of our downtown Toronto corporate office a minimum of 1 day per week. The target start date is August 13th, 2024. You will have the chance to work in a collaborative environment, developing and promoting talent while striving for success.
