Job Title: Sales Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Meraki sales team by bridging the gap between Cisco and Meraki's sales platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Route deals to appropriate owners to optimize sales operations
  • Match Meraki's existing customer and reseller database to that of Cisco's
  • Analyze and assign cases in accordance with sales rules
  • Conduct end-customer research
  • Review and verify applications from partners
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to respond to critical sales issues
Requirements:
  • Strong organization skills coupled with the ability to multitask
  • Capable of working in a high energy and deal volume environment
  • Comfortable working to deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills, computer proficient
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce experience
  • Experience in Sales Support or data entry position
  • University degree
