Job Title: Sales Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Connex Global Communications Inc.

Job Summary:

The Sales Secretary will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of sales activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate sales meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Prepare and distribute sales materials, reports, and presentations
  • Manage sales contracts, agreements, and other documents
  • Compile and analyze sales data, statistics, and market trends
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
