Job Overview

At T-Net British Columbia, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way organizations approach people analytics. As a Senior People & Culture Operations Specialist, you'll be instrumental in driving operational excellence and streamlining processes that support our global employee experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR operations, systems, total rewards, benefits, and HR policies. This role will contribute to strategic projects and initiatives, overseeing day-to-day People Ops activities, managing operational aspects of people operations, systems, total rewards, benefits, and core HR processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of progressive HR experience to join our team and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Day-to-Day P&C Operations: Collaborate with People Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team to understand business priorities and opportunities.
  • End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate and execute various talent programs, including annual merit cycles, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and benefits renewals, as well as onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and other lifecycle events.
  • Champion Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize our people analytics platform to leverage data insights, empowering leaders to make informed decisions.
  • Operational Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to other team members in order to effectively complete daily operational tasks.
