About the Position
  • Leverage knowledge, skills, and experience to help support Operational Excellence Programs and share best practices across the organization.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvement and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements and best practices for standardization.

We are looking for a data-driven specialist who can turn complex data into actionable insights through predictive analytics, regression models, and scenario analysis to drive strategic decisions. With strong financial acumen in budgeting, costing, and forecasting, you will design and implement data-backed process improvements that optimize performance and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive operational assessments to identify opportunities for process management and maintenance using Six Sigma principles.
  • Prepare and present strategic performance reports, including ROI analyses, performance trends, and actionable recommendations to guide key business decisions.
  • Work with process owners and Information Technology (IT) resources to make data available to process owners and process improvement projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement, streamline operations, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
