You will also assist outside sales representatives with appointment setting, customer tracking, and quotations.

Salary: Estimated $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Fostering cooperation and collaboration with both internal and external customers.
  • Completing tasks such as customer follow-ups, email responses, payment requests, and credit checks.
  • Providing solutions-oriented advice to customers and promoting GFL's solid waste services.

A Day in the Life:

You will arrive at the workstation that services inbound calls and customer emails for multiple divisions within GFL. Your day will involve fielding emails and customer inquiries with a solutions-oriented attitude, displaying your ability to multitask, and performing assigned tasks. You will be a positive advocate for the GFL Environmental image, fostering cooperation and collaboration with both internal and external customers. Other responsibilities may be assigned by management.
