Job Overview
The Senior Office Coordinator will oversee administrative tasks, manage daily operations, and provide exceptional support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, ensuring it is organized, clean, and well-equipped.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and preparing reports.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Languages: Proficient in English.
