Job Summary

At Equinix, we're seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, content engagement, and upsell with emphasis on reporting and optimization of various digital media channels in multiple countries globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives and target audience
  • Build functional campaigns based on marketing team strategy and KPIs to drive customer acquisition and engagement
  • Creating compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize campaign performance
  • Trafficking, measuring and managing paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, and targeting
  • Building, segmenting and testing audiences to connect more effectively with for engagement and more efficiently for paid investments
  • Expert understanding of paid social channel settings, audience building and right-sizing budgeting and potential volume for ABM and prospecting audiences using demand generation and awareness-oriented content
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar. Strong analytical skills to evaluate daily campaign performance, analyzing data, and gather actionable insights to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs
Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
  • At least 4 years direct experience in paid social media management and 6 years combined experience in related fields of paid media, social media, media analytics, ad optimization, email automation or digital analytics. Relevant certifications, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Learning and Demandbase ABM certifications, are a plus
