About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Helper to join our team at H & S Insulation. As an Insulation Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work and assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Support Services: Assist in demolishing buildings and participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, Veterans, and Indigenous people.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
