Human Resources Specialist

Fandine Technology Ltd. is seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in human resources, or equivalent experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants. They will also advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, review candidate inventories, and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews. Additionally, the Human Resources Specialist will recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, and notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers. The successful candidate will also advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, determine eligibility to entitlements, and arrange staff training. The ideal candidate will have efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and the ability to multitask. They will also be a team player and have adaptability.
Key Responsibilities- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
