About the Role:
The Chief People Officer at BC Emergency Health Services (BCEHS) is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including health and wellness, mental health, learning and development, culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the Strategic People Plan to ensure effective delivery of all people services
- Establish and maintain a constructive labour relations environment, including overseeing the collective bargaining process
- Collaborate with internal and external partners across BCEHS, PHSA, and HEABC to drive people strategy
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have executive-level leadership experience, a strong understanding of people and culture strategies, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
