Account Representative

We're seeking a talented Account Representative to join our Member Experience team at Movati Athletic. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience to our members and exceeding new membership sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Generate sales leads and match each new member's unique needs, interests, and goals with the right Club products, services, and people.
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience to current members, including answering questions, managing and resolving concerns, and ensuring members and guests feel welcomed.
- Maintain regular contact with Club members to retain them, motivate them, and assist them in meeting their health and fitness goals.
- Post-secondary education related to the health and fitness industry is an asset.
- 1+ years of related sales and customer service experience are required.
- Related industry experience is an asset (i.e., retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.).
