Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the insurance team
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules
  • Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and other documents
  • Develop and implement office procedures and protocols

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
