Property Administrator Opportunity

Chad Management Group is seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team in the Vaughan Area. Our client is a prestigious Real Estate Management firm that manages office, retail, and industrial assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a property, including maintenance, rent collection, and coordination of repairs and renovations.
  • Oversee maintenance staff and contractors to ensure seamless property operations.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to the property owner, providing accurate and detailed information.
  • Administer the property's budget, ensuring effective financial management.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in property management, with a strong understanding of property management laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with tenants, staff, and contractors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
