The Senior Director, Advancement, Pan-University Initiatives leads the strategic development of Simon Fraser University's principal and major gift fundraising program. This includes identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding opportunities for Pan-University Initiatives.
This role provides leadership to realize fundraising goals for priority projects at the major and transformational gift level. The Senior Director establishes strategic plans to secure and close integrated complex gifts benefiting the University.
In this position, you will leverage your expertise in developing strategic fundraising and cultivation strategies to lead dynamic, effective, and sustainable advancement programs.
You will excel in closing gifts of $1 million or greater in a complex organizational environment. Your excellent coaching, mentorship, and team building skills will foster a collaborative culture.
