About the Role

The Business Coordinator, Innovation will be a key member of the Global Innovation team at The Kraft Heinz Company. This team is responsible for driving disruptive innovation and operationalizing a global innovation center of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the VP, Global Innovation to drive the company's innovation agenda and priorities.
  • Handle calendars, meeting agendas, and meeting follow-ups for the VP, Global Innovation and team meetings for the Global Innovation Leadership Team.
  • Assist in making meeting arrangements and scheduling routine meetings for the business, including town halls, quarterly leadership offsites, and weekly leadership team meetings.
  • Coordinate key engagement workstreams across global innovation.
  • Project tracking to ensure leaders are accountable for their specific areas.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain team budget.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative support of a business leadership team.
  • Excellent planning and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills to internal and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple functions.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Other duties as assigned.
