Overview

The Innovation Business Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive executive support within the global innovation team, which is dedicated to driving transformative innovation and establishing a global center of excellence. This team is pivotal in shaping our innovation strategy and spearheading significant advancements across the organization. By joining the Global Innovation team, you will contribute to the development of groundbreaking products and processes that will redefine the industry landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Global Innovation to advance the agenda for disruptive innovation and the Center of Excellence.
  • Manage calendars, prepare meeting agendas, and follow up on action items for the VP and the Global Innovation Leadership Team.
  • Facilitate the organization of meetings, including town halls and leadership offsites, ensuring effective scheduling and logistics.
  • Coordinate essential engagement initiatives across the global innovation spectrum.
  • Track project progress to ensure accountability among leaders for their designated areas.
  • Process purchase orders and oversee the management of the team budget.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in providing administrative support to a business leadership team.
  • Exceptional planning and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively across various functions.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
