Overview

The Business Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive executive support within the global innovation division. This team is dedicated to spearheading transformative innovation and establishing a global center of excellence in innovation. The global innovation division sets the agenda for groundbreaking innovations and oversees significant projects across the organization. They are instrumental in developing new capabilities that redefine our approach to innovation. As a member of this dynamic team, you will contribute to shaping both our market offerings and the methodologies that will revolutionize the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Global Innovation to advance the agenda for disruptive innovation and the Center of Excellence.
  • Manage calendars, prepare meeting agendas, and follow up on action items for the VP and the Global Innovation Leadership Team.
  • Facilitate meeting logistics and coordinate routine engagements for the business, including leadership offsites and team meetings.
  • Oversee essential engagement initiatives across the global innovation landscape.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure accountability among leaders for their designated areas.
  • Process purchase orders and manage the team’s budget effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in providing administrative support to a business leadership team.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively across various functions.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
