The Health Careers in Sask organization seeks a highly skilled Clinical Integration Specialist to join their team in Saskatchewan. As a key leader in healthcare, the Manager will partner with system leaders to achieve the province's healthcare goals.

About the Role:

This is a full-time temporary position that requires 5 shifts of 7.5 hours per week. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate must have a valid Class 5 driver's license and be able to travel within Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create operational lines of sight that connect to the goals and objectives of the SHA
  • Develop and execute operational and business plans, including cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction
  • Demonstrate strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client-centric culture
  • Work cross-functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare organization and community health service
  • Experience in leadership
  • Nursing diploma, Health Care Administration diploma, or Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
