Job Description

The Senior Clinical Practice Transformation Specialist will play a key role in transforming evidence into practice and reducing variation in care standards. This involves leading SHA practice support processes, such as pathways, clinical standards, and procedures. The Specialist will work closely with the Provincial Clinical Networks team to assess and provide consultation on professional practice issues, particularly during innovations. They will also employ implementation science methods to assess practice change plans and strengthen Provincial Clinical Network projects by embedding evidence-based implementation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years recent experience in project management, quality improvement, or facilitation
  • Experience in a senior clinical and/or corporate role
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in a professional clinical field
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
