Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Operations Manager to join our team at Rosecourt Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our motel, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train our staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain our high standards.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Financial Management: Manage our motel's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
