Motel Operations Manager

Majer's Motel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Manager to join our team. As a Motel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our motel, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Recruit and hire staff
- Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews
- Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
- Perform front desk duties and prepare budgets
- Implement marketing activities and arrange for maintenance
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Majer's Motel is a non-smoking, air-conditioned hotel with a hotel, motel, and resort setting. We offer a 36 to 44 hour work week and a permanent work term.
Language:English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
