Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Manager to join our team at Majer's Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth motel operations, including staff supervision, performance reviews, and training.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase occupancy rates and drive revenue growth.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed financial decisions to ensure the motel's financial stability.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in motel management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
