Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Native Counselling Services of Alberta. In this role, you will work closely with individuals and communities to provide support and guidance in their rehabilitation journey.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires working on-site at our physical location. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations
- Facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers
- Support clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals through counseling, education, and advocacy
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and communities
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
