About the Role

The Strategic Financial Leader will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and management of our company, ensuring that all financial activities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to achieve the company's objectives.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage annual budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and effective resource allocation.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, identifying and investigating any potential issues.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is essential, along with 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.

You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to advise senior management and oversee payroll administration. Proficiency in English is required, with a working knowledge of accounting software and systems.
