Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Support professional to join our team in Winnipeg. As a key member of our Project Management Division, you will be responsible for supporting project controls and project performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering disciplines, stakeholders, and contractors to develop project schedules, scopes, and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain project controls and performance reporting systems.
  • Provide expert advice on project controls best practices and cost and scheduling methodologies.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A four-year degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a related field, from a recognized university.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Knowledge of project controls best practices, cost and scheduling methodologies, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • PMP and/or AACE designation is considered an asset.
  • Experience in project control tools, risk management tools, and change management is an asset.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, working knowledge in SAP, scheduling software (P6 and MS Project), and SharePoint is considered an asset.
