About the Role

Graham is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the success of our Buildings division. The successful candidate will report directly to the Project Manager and be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly labor, equipment, material, and subtrade costs.
  • Review and analyze cost accruals with the Project Manager on a regular basis.
  • Review and code timesheets to ensure accurate cost allocation.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules with the assistance of the Project Manager.
  • Monitor and update schedules regularly to ensure project progress.
  • Review and monitor actual construction progress versus schedule.
  • Identify critical path and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Submit requisitions for materials and equipment as required for project execution.
  • Control and maintain project documentation, including drawings, records, and revisions.
  • Control and maintain site instructions and change orders.
  • Maintain QA/QC documentation and records of all testing and inspections.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or completion of a Certified Engineering Technologist program.
  • Experience in a similar role within a buildings setting is an asset.
