About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Power Cool Electrical & Refrigeration Mech Ltd. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Journal Entry Posting: Post journal entries.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare trial balance of books.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
