Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at CAN-TECH SERVICES. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office.
