About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to provide administrative support across various departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team by scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and distributing mail and materials.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports by performing data entry and compiling statistics.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth-running operation.
  • Schedule travel arrangements, confirm appointments, and answer phone calls and electronic inquiries.
Requirements
  • Degree equivalent to secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Windows.
