Senior Associate, Client Operations, Fund Administration

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Professional to join our Client Services team at MUFG Investor Services. As a Senior Associate, Client Operations, Fund Administration, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our private equity clients.
Key Responsibilities- Fund Accounting Services: Provide a full range of fund accounting services, including NAV preparation, booking accruals, security pricing, and performing cash and security position reconciliations.
- Pricing and Calculations: Prepare pricing of portfolios, ensuring all holdings are priced in accordance with applicable fund documents and valuation policies. Calculate capital calls, distributions, and fees, ensuring all calculations observe applicable fund documents.
- Investor Allocations: Prepare investor allocations for each NAV cycle, ensuring capital transactions are booked correctly and P&L is allocated correctly.
- Deliverables and Communication: Prepare NAV packages and other ad hoc deliverables as defined in the service level agreements. Communicate with internal MUFG teams and external clients, ensuring all deliverables and requests are met.
- Audit and Regulatory Services: Assist with audited Financial Statements, audit assistance, and other regulatory services, as applicable.
- Education: University degree or professional designation such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience: Prior fund accounting experience is desired, but not required.
