Director of Fund Administration

As an Associate Director, Client Operations, Fund Administration, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of fund accountants responsible for delivering high-quality client services, including NAV production, financial statements, and associated reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Investor Operations, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, and Banking, to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
- Participate in system improvement projects, global and local plans, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Ensure all processes are performed in accordance with operational controls and relevant checklists are completed.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and ideas for process or technological improvements.
- 4+ years of experience in the fund administration industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a Private Equity role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with fund accounting software, such as Investran, is highly desirable.
- In-depth understanding of the fund administration industry and its complexities.
