Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, ensuring maximum safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled PMs and make recommendations for continuous improvement of our PM program and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve production equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Assemble manufactured parts as per customer specifications.
  • Ensure inventory includes replacement parts that frequently need to be changed.
  • Repair and perform maintenance work on all industrial equipment, including hoists, presses, general machinery, and welding equipment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Millwright.
  • Experience with overhead cranes, forklifts, and working at heights.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot electrical issues.
  • Effective analytical skills and good problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Work Environment

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of $40.00 - $50.00/hr, depending on experience. We offer excellent benefits, including dental care, extended health care, and RRSP match. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with some overtime and flexible hours required.
