Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Skystar Drywall Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team, coordinating events, and managing office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Office Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, supervise other workers, and establish and implement policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide customer service.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and compile data, statistics, and other information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work 35 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment.
