About the Role

FAS GAS PLUS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Floor Management: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring that it is well-organized, visually appealing, and meets the company's standards.
  • Merchandise Management: Manage the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that it is accurately priced and presented to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and that stockouts are minimized.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will also be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
