About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at FAS GAS PLUS. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help staff improve their performance.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that our customers receive a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including analyzing sales data and making recommendations for product placement and promotions.
    • Work with our merchandising team to ensure that our store is stocked with the right products at the right time.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Ensure that our customers receive a positive shopping experience, and that they are satisfied with their purchases.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
